Demetrius Irick

Demetrius Irick is the Founder and President of the InnerCoded Foundation, a healing-centered nonprofit dedicated to preventing self-destruction, restoring identity, and developing leaders through mentorship, emotional wellness, and transformational programming. A U.S. Army veteran, IT Product Owner, author, doctoral student in Management & Strategic Leadership, and minister-in-training, Demetrius combines lived experience with disciplined leadership to help individuals, families, and communities interrupt cycles of trauma and create lasting legacies through prevention, accountability, and hope.
