Who We're Looking For
Three Types of People We Call In
The Community Leader
You're already in rooms with young men or men in transition. You have their trust. You just need a framework that matches what you already believe about what it takes to change.
The Healer
You're a counselor, therapist, social worker, or minister. You've seen what happens when men don't have space to go inward. You want to be part of what changes that.
The Recovered
You've been through something — incarceration, addiction, loss, identity crisis. You didn't just survive it. You learned something from it that other men need. That's the most important credential we look for.
