What Active Board Service Means
Attend at least 3 of 4 annual board meetings
Review and vote on resolutions
Participate in governance
Serve on at least one committee or initiative
Act as a Foundation ambassador
Protect confidentiality
Disclose conflicts of interest
Support or help secure at least $1,000 annually through donations, fundraising, sponsorships, sweat equity, partnerships, or qualified in-kind services
