What We Ask

Board Member Expectations

Meeting Attendance

Board meets quarterly (minimum). Members are expected to attend at least 3 of 4 annual meetings.

Committee Service

Every board member serves on at least one standing committee and participates actively in committee work.

Give/Get

Each board member is expected to give or help secure at least $1,000 in annual value through donations, in-kind, or fundraising.

Preparation

Members review materials in advance, participate in discussions, and come prepared to govern effectively.

Mission Alignment

Board members must fully support InnerCoded's mission and be willing to publicly represent the Foundation.
