Each committee has a defined purpose, standing responsibilities, and reports to the full board quarterly.
Executive Committee
Acts on behalf of the full board between meetings. Handles urgent governance matters, executive director review, and organizational oversight.

Ensures the board operates according to its bylaws, recruits and orients new board members, and conducts annual board self-assessments.

All committees are currently forming. Board members are placed based on skills and interest. New committees can be added as the Foundation grows.
