This is peer support, not therapy. If you're in immediate danger, call 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
The Restoring Adam Project
A 16-week healing-centered brotherhood for men carrying shame, grief, anger, unresolved trauma, isolation, and self-destructive patterns. We walk men through emotional healing, healthy masculinity, fatherhood, and brotherhood — to prevent the quiet crisis that too often ends men's lives.

Why This Program Exists
The Silence Is Killing Men
Men account for nearly 80% of suicide deaths in the United States. Yet men can face significant barriers to seeking and receiving mental-health support.
They were taught that silence is strength. That asking for help is weakness. That what they carry is theirs alone to manage.
Restoring Adam was built to break that lie — gently, honestly, and without shame. We create a circle where men can finally speak what they've been carrying, and find that they are not alone in it.

Core Framework
The Wounds We Address
Most of what men carry traces back to wounds they were never given language for. RAP names them — never as diagnosis, always as honest conversation.
The Failure Wound
"I never measured up."
The Love Wound
"Love and harm came from the same place."
The Worth Wound
"I have to perform to be worth anything."
The Identity Wound
"I don't know who I am underneath the mask."
